Paste an Airtable token
Create a read-only personal access token in Airtable (two scopes, one minute). It is stored in your Google account only — never on our servers.
Choose base → table → view
Views are respected: hidden fields stay hidden, the field order matches Airtable, filters and sorts apply. Attachments become URLs, linked records become names.
Set a schedule
Manual, hourly, every 6 hours or daily. The whole tab is replaced each run, so formulas in other tabs that reference it keep working.

FAQ
Is it one-way or two-way?
One-way, Airtable → Sheets. The Sheets tab is a read-only mirror that is replaced on every run. Edit in Airtable; analyse in Sheets.
Does my data go through your servers?
No. The add-on runs as Google Apps Script inside your Google account and calls the Airtable API directly. The only thing our server ever sees is your email address, to check whether you are a Pro subscriber.
Which Airtable field types are supported?
All of them. Text, numbers, dates and checkboxes come through as-is. Multiple selects, linked records, lookups and collaborators are joined with commas; attachments become their URLs; formula errors show as #ERROR.
How often can it run?
Google limits add-on schedules to once per hour. Basepull offers hourly, every 6 hours and daily on Pro. Free runs whenever you click "Run now".
What about Airtable's API limits?
Airtable allows 5 requests per second per base and 100 records per request. A 50,000-row table syncs in about 2 minutes. Basepull backs off automatically if Airtable rate-limits.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time from "Manage subscription" in the sidebar. You keep Pro until the end of the billing period. Refunds within 14 days, no questions asked.
